LATEST FORMAT OF PROPOSAL

    THE COUNCIL HAS PRESCRIBED THE FOLLOWING  FORMAT FOR                                           PROPOSAL WRITING. ____________________________________________________________________

1) A heading or tittle - This explains the overall context of the issue in not more than 10 to 15 words.It llustrates the specific task which the proposal is supposed to achieve.
